Nintendo and Intelligent Systems have released an expansion pass for Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave, introducing a string of DLC additions to the tactical RPG starting today, and through into 2027.

The short version

  • The expansion pass, which can be bought on the Nintendo eShop for $34.99 / £29.99, comes in three parts.
  • For those who buy it now, a selection of weapons are made available to use within the game.
  • The second part of the expansion pass arrives this holiday season, and the final part arrives in 2027.

What happened

We already know a bit about what's coming in these latter DLC releases. The second portion features additional outfits for the game's cast, alongside three new allies: Aurora, Smyrnos, and Jurah.

Why it matters

The final segment of the pass looks to be the most substantial; introducing new stories to play, new allies, classes, and additional goodies.
